MODSET is one of very few General Contractors who have successfully designed, constructed, and self-performed the set and assembly of multiple modular multi-family projects, giving us a hands-on perspective that many traditional GCs lack. Because we understand both conventional and modular construction, we can coordinate seamlessly with manufacturers, design teams, and field trades to reduce friction and rework. We operate as a Turn-key Modular General Contractor, taking responsibility for the full delivery of the building—from foundation through set, close-up, and final finishes.
