Developed by Thrive Living and designed by AO Architects, the project began construction in late 2023. The structure consists of 5 Stories of Type IIIA wood framed modular units over a concrete podium and 1 level of subterranean parking.

Affordability: The building is a 100% rent-restricted and income-restricted workforce housing community. This includes 42 units for extremely low-income tenants and the remaining units for moderate-income renters.

Amenities: Resident amenities are planned to include a landscaped roof deck with a barbecue and dining area, a gym, a recreation room, an Amazon package room, and a business center.

Parking: The building will include 82 parking spaces, with electric vehicle charging stations.
