Building details: A modular mixed-use apartment building at 1457 N. Main Street in Los Angeles, near the Chinatown and Lincoln Heights neighborhoods. Developed by Thrive Living and designed by AO Architects, the project began construction in late 2023. The structure consists of 5 Stories of Type IIIA wood framed modular units over a concrete podium and 1 level of subterranean parking.
Affordability: The building is a 100% rent-restricted and income-restricted workforce housing community. This includes 42 units for extremely low-income tenants and the remaining units for moderate-income renters.
Amenities: Resident amenities are planned to include a landscaped roof deck with a barbecue and dining area, a gym, a recreation room, an Amazon package room, and a business center.
Parking: The building will include 82 parking spaces, with electric vehicle charging stations.
